| Here are some close-ups
of the exterior. There is a huge deck in the back, but it needs some serious
washing and staining. The yard has not a single blade of grass anywhere.
Makes for easy upkeep! You can see how bad off the roof is. It is about
3 years past its lifespan. The gutters are choked with dirt and leaves,
and a few new trees have sprouted in some spots inside the gutters. The
windows were pretty much shot as well. A number of them had clouded over
and all but one window had lost its screen. The front door wasn't going
to win any prizes either: an old steel door, no insulation, a large dent
in it, and the bottom no longer met the threshold. Spiders routinely invited
themselves in. |
